Returns & Exchanges

At Imprint Merch, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your merchandise back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
